At Casa de Nora, each bar soap is handmade in small batches with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Because our soaps are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any bar soaps.
Minor variations in color, texture, or shape are normal and part of the handmade process.
Natural ingredients may cause soaps to change slightly over time—this does not affect quality or performance.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
